Summary: A plethora of new features and extensive bug fixing

As promised, there are several changes to this site, which will continue to happen.

- Recent Forum Posts in Homepage >> Tweaked
- Quick Links >> Added in homepage (and also in your Control Panel)
- Latest Comments >> Added, in homepage

For Members
- A unique User Control Panel suite, personalized and customizable
- Blogs >> Added, you can now post your FM stories
- Change Email >> Added, you can now change your account's email
- Bookmarks >> Added, now you can bookmark your favorite articles and have them in your own Control Panel
- Favorite Personnel >> Added a Friends system, so you can add/manage your fmscout.com friends, in a social networking way (still needs improvements)
- User Wall >> Added in User Profile, like Facebook, members can leave comments to other members and have them displayed on their profile page
- User Favorite Links >> Added, now you can send your favorite FM links and vote for links sent by other members
- Recent Blogs >> Added, in your Control Panel

Forums
- New Look >> A total revamp
- Forums Stats >> Added in Forums Homepage
- Subscribe to Topic (Watch Topic) >> Added, now you can subscribe to any topic and get notified either by email or pm when something new is posted

Misc
- FM Scout Shirt >> Added as the default member avatar, and other avatars have also been created for you to choose from
- Site Stats >> Added more statistics on the left column
- Time of Last Update >> Added in header, in a timegap manner, like Softpedia
- Search >> Added field on the left column
- Some IE6 Bugs >> Fixed
- New Emoticons >> Added
