Summary: Genie Scout 2008 Facts unveiled by the developer

Eugene, the lead developer of FM Genie Scout 2008, published a statement regarding the limited beta 2, build 83.

The statement below is partly a translation of some Ukrainian post, combined with the latest news on Eugene's site:

"This is indeed the official beta, but it's still not advanced enough and contains too many errors to make it open.

- This version works with all versions of the game, but it's not perfect yet
- It will only work with uncompressed saved games, so the option Compress Saved Games must go off before saving the game
- You will experience errors from reading the database, which are almost fixed, and some other bugs, such as incorrect calculation and problems when comparing players

It was made for limited use and I can not guarantee its workability."

Seems we are getting closer to a more stable version
