Summary: "No time to complete it" says the developer

Eugene appears to have made a statement in the usual Ukrainian forums, according to which a stable version of Genie Scout 2008 should be out around February.

Translating his words:
"I am alive, but I currently have even less time. University duties and holidays you see. Therefore, I am not sure that the time of release of the new Scout will be anywhere before February."

   some on his site have told that they might help out. he should reach out to them and maybe get some more help.
