How do you see the new 3D game engine?

Got kinda bored of not having that many photos so im downloading a shit load of facepacks on some site. But problem is where do i put those :o

well, face packs that i have downloaded , i put them in My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/graphics

if you want it a little more organised then put it (user data, my docs/fm 0
graphics/pictures - 9 times out 10 the config over rights the others. So even if you put it somewhere were it doesn't belong, as long as it is in the user data it doesn't matter...

my documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008
if u dont have a map called graphics, then create one. makes it easier.
put all the files in there.
and start the game, go to preferences then go to skins and "untick" the "skin cache" thingy thing.
then reload fm, and wollah! u got graphics!

Quick Question, and apologies as I posted this elsewhere with no reply, but I've just started a game and there are NO player pics.
Is this right or a bug or what?
Could someone be good enough to run me through how to get player faces in, in laymans terms and with a minimum amount of effort on my part!!
