FM scout : "No time to complete it" Revolting ?

This is the words of the FM scout developper.
On the other side :
- no sources are availables
- the program is free
- thousand of players are crying
When are you going to sell it ?
I do have my 12 hours food job a day too ; but if I do not have the time to look for a project, I let it to an other personn.
I'll just add that 75% of our engineers working free in our company, the rest just food them (like me) ; it's that we call a real "open source" community job.
So, when FM scout will be open source ? cause the developper is selfish ? or is afraid that his baby be distorted ?

tbh i dont even care about the scout anymore.
i usually just need the scout when starting a game with a shit team.
and it works when u start a game, and does for a few weeks.
and everyone moaning about the scout just need to stop playing FM or be real managers and dont use scout.
