when i look for assistant manager i just go by reputation and judging ability, plus having him from a country where you have little scouting knowledge is always a nice bonus, once had ally McCoist, he wasnt all that, i dont realy think it affects much, i try to just have good coachs, a team of 9, 2 7 star goalkeeping coachs, 2 7 star defending, midfield and attack, and then one for fitnees, also i only ever have one physio, do you realy need more than one?

three is about what you should have as 1 for matches one for injury judging and 1 for randomness
