one time some team offered me a 600000 for Deividas Cesnauskis and he was the best in my squad.The board accepted this offer,and than i offered him for 1500000 to clubs.
and than some club(i do not remember wich,and i cant turn on FM now) that was interested in buying him,offered 1500000,and he than accepted an offer by that other club,and i took 1500000.
so you can not stop that,but you can make some money.
note:you can do all with FMM,but do not do that,it is cheating

its certainly not like that in football.
and i already mentioned what could happen in reality, if ferguson went for Walters and offered 30+million then of course ipswich would accept the deal, as even though walters might be their best player for the moment, but they know they could do much better with the money and buying some quality players etc.
but its just pathetic to see how his squad got sold out easily like that.
and of course in Serbia i is normal.President of the club sells players,so it happens in real football

well it must be different in serbia then, i mean looking at the big leagues(the better ones(sorry but the serbian league isnt the best
)).it doesnt happen that often at all. totally unrealistic.

in all balcan countries presidents buys and sells players.
And Manager is someone who cares about trainings and tactics,and nothing else.it is not like in big leagues.

it's also a matter of how respectful a coach is; the more respect he has from the fans (and thus from the board) it's more likely that his wishes will come true... at least at a 50%-70%.
however, when it comes to selling the best players of your team... when a "good" offer comes and you as a coach don't wish to sell... you should have this right... at least negotiate with the board and the player. i agree it's ridiculous for the board to automatically accept offers that usually are not good enough in your eyes and i don't think it's close to reality
