I have just started a new game in MLS as Kansas and i started game in june (which meant i missed draft and 8 games approx) - but i don't understand the concept of draft as i finished season as winners (very lucky!) and at the beginning of january 2008 i was forewarned of important dates eg. the superdraft - but the date came and went and i didn't seem to be offered chance to do anything and now i don't have enough players to carry on game as i am being told i can't sign players past the draft date! - any ideas?

I've always fancied going out to the MLS in FM but I read the manual about the super draft and didn't understand a word. They've set it out like their sports but I don't think it fits into football (or "sawker") properly and is a bit behind.
