No, I have no need to, they improve so quickly because of my team of 7 star coaches and the fact that I play them.

fine i use coaching methods and Tutoring in help especialy when your coaches arn't that good

What team are you?

I had my team (I say my team because I had most of them for 8 years) of 7 star coaches for ages even when I was Sweden with IF Heimer! I then took them to Preston most of them resigned when I left and I only had to get my old assistant.

There is a good blog on this site on how to get 7 star coaches.

Honestly get 7 star coaches, and watch your youngster dramatically improve. They improve so much between 17 and 22!

I am actually scared of how good my team is going to be next year as they are already punching their weight with the big boys. I think I need 1 year though before world domination lol.

To be honest I can only let my team do what they are doing, we are overachieving but I can’t stop that. I have been very successful thus far and if I was to win the Premiership with FM08 then it would be my greatest achievement in FM and CM considering what has happened in the last 10 years. I really have enjoyed my current game. The age and the money I have spent to get there is unbelievably low.

Obviously I want Champions League glory but get that FIRST title would be something.
