i need help with training and tactics i make the relevent new folders in sports interactive/football manager 2008 then move/extrack the files to there then go to my FM game and edit tactics>import and the files are not there, the same goes for training schedules
can anyone help or sugguest what i have/am doing wrong ???

go to your tactics screen and look in archived tactics, that's where mine are, as for training schedules i don't know. you would be better off creatng you own.

elaborate info would help me to be able to help you.
and are you sure the '.tac' files are there? you might be in the wrong folder.
my documents\sports interactive\fm 2008\tactics
in there u should see the'tac' files.
when u extract usually another mapp is created.

Yes they are TAC files for sure and im postitive ive made the folders in the right place but it just seems like when im playing FM and try to load them in to the game or that the files just dont appear when they should be there

thats weird mate, i have never had any problems with loading stuff. if its not a original copy then contact SI.
by the way do u have the latest patch(8.0.2)? because that might help.
