i dont think mark hughes will go to man city, he might go to chelsea. but he wont leave a team like blackburn for a team like man city. he is done a great job at blackburn, and he has put so much effort to make em as good as they are at the moment. and everything seems settled for him and the players, no troubles what so ever. cant see him leaving rovers.

He will not get the chelsea job as they are looking for a coach with a proven champs league track record
He has waited along time for Man Utd but it looks like they are trying to mould Quieroz to be our next manager
He never got too much funds at blackburn rovers(which only shows his shrewdness...how he managed to achieve what he has at Blackburn with such little resources)
I think its an opportunity for him, a good one (he will have for the first time an already decent team, and he will have a pretty hefty transfer kitty to help him take the team to the next level..as well as man city are in europe already
So yeah I understand his interest in the post but I fear that he will never have a united future after that....and just like erickson he might end up jobless after a terrific campaign

i would understand completely if hughes went to chelsea. he has played for them before, and chelsea have never been our rivals until now. and its not any fierce rivalry. its only title rivalry.
