hands on approach: how many things you do yourself as a manager, how much control you have. if u are an 'active' manager or not. playing friendlies, creating ur own friendlies. taking control of the reserves or even the youths on occasions. and answering to media etc etc.
loyalty: staying at the same club obvious. staying loyal to the players who have been at the club a long time or are/have been from the start of the game. instead of selling everyone etc.
domestic bias: how much knowledge you have domestically. if u have many players on ur shortlist from the same country ur team is managed. and if u have many players from the same country as the club, and such things.
discipline: if u have control over the players. if they get a red card in a match and if u give them a warning then u will increase the discipline of the squad and such. so keep such things in mind. small things do matter.

Financial control: 14
Hands On Approach: 5
Squad Discipline: 17
Tactical Consistency: 11
by the way my players are reacting to me not being harsh enough but thoses are my stats!

after 1 season i usually have 18-20 in squad discipline, and it helps alot, my team doesnt get many yellow cards and no red card, maybe 1 but thats it.
