do you use VLC??
if not download it.
in there press "K + up arrow or down arrow" and listen until it seems good enough.

hahaha, that was actually for future references.so you can at times use google instead of me.
after all google is virtual and doesnt have a brain. im real and have a brain.
so i can get tired, but google doesnt. but then again im much better than google hahahahahaha
