i tried to get a variety from all sorts of different teams...you pick who you like early on to make an impact in the premier league

everyone has different opinion on signings.
i can see the likes of luke young being a great signing, especially for villa.
For me any player who costs over 12-13+ million is expected to do well. no player with a big price behind them can be signing of the season.
for me its players who are brought in cheap and have a great impact on their teams.
and using your pole i would also choose zaki. he has done great and has had a great start of the season. i think he has already helped wigan so much.
Johan Elmander is a good signing for bolton as well. of course he got injured, but i think he will come real good for bolton.

Think the signing of the season will be at Sunderland , they've brought some decent players in to strengthen the team , hope Anton Ferdinand can sure up the defence for them. Possibly Hoyte for middlesborough too.

I'm not too keen on Milner really , pretty expensive too. Think Carlos Cuellar will be a much more valuble player than the other signings for AV.
Dont think 3.5mill for Paul Robison is a bad deal either for Blackburn.
I like Kompany , didnt even notice when Man City signed him though.
