i have won the carling cup twice(won one just yet), 1 fa cup, 1 uefa cup, runner up in the prem league, 1 championship title :P, 2 community shields, 1 super cup.
8 trophies kinda in 4 years is really really good.
and i checked the editor and Atlantic stated and i was favoured person with "45"
that might because i sold zoltan gera after 1 season, he was wanted by arsenal and i got quite the money and i could really use it. bought downing
, so back to the point, gera was a "favourite" kind of, and i have sold a few legends as well...i cant keep their sh** legends in the premiership haha. but i am doing really well now, i got a nice good team, added hargreaves and alessandro to my team, both really cheap thanks to hargreaves not getting much to play and alessandros contract was over.
and i got some good potential youngsters.
so i should be a favourite soon

the problem is that my reputation is 5000,and at the start of the game,in Coca-Cola League 2 my reputation was 2550.so if i play good as you,i would need around 4 or 5 years from now.
we'll see.
but i thought that this promotions are important for that.i also won 2 leagues and 1 cup title.

i mean unlike fm07 and earlier as soon as you won 1 title you were their "legend"
so u gotta stay there for a while win a few things and then u will be down as a legend. hehe
I notched up Leeds Uniteds rep to 9999 so that i could sign some descent youngsters and then put it back after the transfer window. Only to find out that with the higher rep comes higher responsibility, way higher!
They expected me to win the league, even with -15 points still possible, Win Jonhstones paint trophy, meh quite easy. But, they also wanted me to Win the league cup and win the FA cup. i went won the paint trophy got to the quarters of both the league cups and was 1st in league 1 and they sacked me!!! devastated!!

listen man,i never changed reputation.i do not have desire to change it.
you are right about that board expectations.i know that.
but all i want to say,it is very hard to buy some good players,because they do not want to come.
of course,i played without cheating so far,fuck it, i am not going to start cheating now.
also that work permit thing is killing me.i find some good player,who would come for a good price,and they turn down his work permit,and english players are too expensive.
we'll see,i've just started in premier league,it would be good to stay here next season.

then its because at times u take over a club and u wont have any money at all.
if i start with a league one team for an example, then i add reasonable amount of money, around 1-3 m pounds.
then the reputation i might have 5000 i might make it 5600
that doesnt change much, but u can start a decent game and GET GOING with your game. at times its impossible to start with a lower league team and make them big.
the thing is that increasing reputation and earning money with a small club is too slow.
