every time i want to transfer a good youngster(15-17 yo), i offer him the biggest contract my club can handle(250.000euro p\m) with the biggest bonuses, but he still accepts the 5000 euros offer from his club....why??what can i do to transfer him. i have managed to transfer some youngsters but about 75%-80% i loose because of this...
PS:this is a problem for me from fm05 and even cm, so i don't think that its a bug or error....

They usually seem to do this when they're 15-16, wait a year and then try and they should accept your contracts.

i had this problem with 17-18yo players....but not with all of them.i really want to transfer them from 15-16 because i want to train them from a very young age because a 15 yo player does not develop as quickly as he should just left at his team, you know very well that if you train him from a young age he will develop into a great player(if the CA and PA are high)

yeah it happens for most big young players, eg bojan from barcelona, i was willin to pay him large amounts of money and bonuses but he is so determined to stay at barca....just give the player time eventually he will want to leave

I find this annoying because i want to buy Georginho Wijnaldum who is 16 at the moment so when i get in contract talks he says how much he wants so i give him that much and then he rejected it so im still trying to get him because he is great for the future 
anyway yeah it does happen EX: what i just said but i HATE THIS WITH A PASSION (not the game the stupid contracts)
