need a decent centre half for Portsmouth in second season doing ok at the moment - 7th first season, 5th in nov 2nd season but I think Sol is gonna be on his last legs I have Steven Thicot from Nanates but he isnt good enough yet any ideas on a decent centre half ready for first team straight away about £3 million?

Well, I got Martin Skrtel from one Russian club (forgot its name) for my Everton in second season. Cost me 2.3 million, but he is real bargain for first team, mate!

Try Ignashevic (sp?), you should be able to get him on a free if someone hasn't already. He should also be found easily in the Russian national team.

i dont know about coloccini, but at times u can get players from the spanish league quite so cheap, so there is nothing wrong with trying on coloccini.
why dont u ask ur board to give u more money?
