of course sympathies for eduardo for breaking his leg. but these things happen in football. he went for the ball but caught eduardo and it just went wrong.

Red is right, it was a bad tackle - nothing more than that. I don't think he was think 'oh, lets break his leg now'.
I found Mr. Wengers comments a bit hypocritical saying teams are thinking 'to stop Arsenal you have to kick them' especially after Arsenal disgraceful treat of Nani last week...
If you remember when Nani was doing the keep ups and two challenges went in, if the 2nd one was half a second later - Nani's leg would be broke...

That is after he saw what kind of damage he did. But in the first moment when he only heard eduardo's scream he was smiling, so it would be ok for him to go in such a brutal start if he didn't injured him. I also play football (semi-pro) and i know that you don't go in with your foot raised unless you have no other option or you want to hurt the other player.
