The odds of one English team not meeting any other English until the final was more or less impossible. The laws of probability suggest that!

I think the possibility of it being rigged are 1 in billion but it still means there is a chance. I think it more clutching at straws tho tbh.

Think it will be interesting seeing Arsenal/Liverpool play 3 times in a week!

Personally I'm not sure whether I believe it or not. It wasn't so much the fact that his prediction was right but that he said there's been a leak and no bookies are taking bets then got it right. Plus it's UEFA and I can see them doing this kind of thing.

His Armband Proved he was a red, Torres Torres
You'll never walk alone it said, Torres Torres
We got the lad from sunny spain
He gets the ball and scores again.
Fernando Torres, Liverpool's Number Nine

I can understand the conspiracy theory but it could just easily be luck. I wasn’t even aware bookies even took bets on possible ties but that just me.

Again, I dunno what to think.

What’s done is done – I doubt it will be proven even if it was true.

First of all thoughie as united beat roma 7-1 but they have got better than that to close to call, Barca will struggle to overcome the extremly resiliant Schalke, Arsenal v Liverpool = Liverpool as Arsenals form is bad at the moment, Chelsea will overcome Febs.

on aggragate

Arsenal 2 vs 3 Liverpool
AS Roma 3 vs 4 Manchester United
Schalke 04 (p)2 vs 2 Barcelona FC
Fenerbahce 1 vs 2 Chelsea

Semis

Liverpool 2 vs 1 Chelsea
Schalke 04 2 vs 2(p) Manchester United

You cannot judge Liverpool and Arsenal on form because there is 2 weeks left. Liverpool have only just got over sticky patch and Arsenal are playing thru theirs!!

I think your predictions are more wishful thinking than anything!

Its realistic United may win but the Arsenal/Liverpool tie is up in air - anyone could for a lot of reason and saying Schalke will beat Barclona, come on get real!! Schalke could easily get turned over at Nou Camp - it is possible Schalke could win but Barca (along with United) are the bookie favourites!

I agree Schalke cannot be underestimated and again if your prediction are right then fair play but 'realistically' (you used the word first) Schalke shouldn't go thru.

I think Barca/United would be a great semi-final.

United beat Roma, Barca then Liverpool, Arsenal or Chelsea would be nothing short of amazing!!

it wont be easy for united against roma. if we can get a draw and an away goal in the first leg then we have a great chance of going through. otherwise it will be difficult.

I think that Man U has what it takes to beat Roma, Roma is good but Cristiano is better..

Barca should overpower Schalke, also Chelsea should be able to beat Fener, but i'm not sure who will win in Arsenal - Liverpool, i think that they both have chance to go to the semi-finals...

But you never know, everything is possible...

that was clearly not a penalty. hleb should have had a penalty in the first leg. alot of decisions have gone their way.

materazzi sending off for an example.

Fabregas gives him a tug and Toure finishes the job. It's a pen and so was the Hleb one.
