i konw what ya mean.
open fmm, search ur name, and then check ur other attributes. there u will see the likes of 'attacking' etc etc.
thats really good, shame they dont show all those things in ur profile in the game. but in FMM u can see what areas u are good at.
after like 5 seasons with ipswich when i was a 'top team' then i had around 90 in defence and attack.
and look at those attributes after 1 season and then look how they change. it really reflects the game perfectly.

download, and install.
when u have ur game open, then open FMM, in there press 'load'.
and then u can 'search' and then just click around and u will learn it in no time.

If you take 'more control' of things. Like friendlies, more 'involved' in the game, using the media for transfers maybe and such things.

hehehe.. I've always got the same problem Dusan, no matter which team i manage. Domestic player bias seems to decrease whereas the rest increase..
Regarding what RedArmy said about FMM, I often do that too, just to check my reputation and my current ability. If you 'tweak' your stats with that Modifier-thingy it could somehow improve the performance of the team as well.
For instance, I once changed my discipline stat to 20 (from the default 10) and since then the amount of yellow and red cards which my team receive in every game decreased dramatically.
But as someone mentioned in other thread, using the modifier is ruining the fun and challenging side of the game. Only use it to fulfill your curiousity about how things work in FM but apart from that stay away with that tool! the game is much more fun without that tool!
