Sorry i'm still pretty new to playing this. When i open the genie scout i haven't seen any players with a 199 potential! Plus when u check the post top defenders post max potential rating is less than 190, how'd u find these guys with 199 pot??

They are mostly Regen players. I haven't thus far come across any players with a potential of 199 but have in the high nineties tho.

yeh later on in the game there will be "wonderkids" coming. players with maybe even 200 in potential you never know.
i already had a few in just 2010 that had a potential of 190 to 195.

remember that potential ability is not always a safe indication of quality. most of the top players in the game have a potential ability between 160 and 180. scout rating is what matters the most and of course consistency and important matches statistics.
about the regens, even though i understand a reason for them to exist (and remembering the teaser of putting your face in the game lol), i think it makes the game less real and i always avoid signing such players. i like to stick with the ones that actually exist in the real world.

I started with Cisco Roma in 2013 now won serie A last season and can finally target the players i want and they want to join, just bought Aguero for $25 mil 
I think its much better starting with a small team and working through the leagues

I stared with Rayo in third spanish league and in 2011 i'm playing in the EURO Cup now. It's much better to start with a small team.
But there are loads of players that start with Chelsea or Man Utd and then brag about how they won Premier league twice in a row or Champions League... its good only if you are a beginer

No i can't expand the stadium, they approve my request but they get the application denied!!

Ir really helps using this site i got some gems when i first started, but even though i've just won the title i'm really struggling to get quality players. Aguerro is the only real big name i've maanged to seduce to the mighty C Roma!
