I have installed the new FM Mini Scout Editor 1.5, but when I star it a error message say me:
"Couldn't create Search Database - Load a Savegame and restart Mini-SE"
And the search panel doesn't work.
There is someone whith the same problem ?

go to the house icon->load and ....presto....it works
if you die in an elevator, be sure to push the UP button.

I have tried but the search panel still doesn't work, in the search panel I can't click each one of buttons.

if youre on vista it wont work well didnt for me i have to run it on my xp i can use everything but the search function on vista but other than that i have to use my xp pc to search for players or staff

i dont know this one tbh haha. it might be because u are running vista, i have heard that people with vista have problems with mini scout.
for me it works fine.

have u both installed the framework 2? if so no ideas check mxamsters blog site hes around most days and tries to help with most problems

i have the same problem, would it work if i ran it in xp mode? and if so how do i do it cause i haven't got a clue ?

u could try run it in xp
right click the mini scout se shortcut on your desktop then got to properties then go to compatibility mode tick the box and change to xp then apply and ok and try running it again

you sure your doing it right
find the desktop icon for mini scout right click it then got to properties there you should see compatability

pretty sure yeah, i get a pop up with four further options none of which are for compatability, i have clicked on them all but with no look. im in germany at the minute so cant show you.
anyway anyone that knows what is wrong your help would be appreciated
