u have to apply first.just look at available jobs and pick a national team with doesnt have a manager.click on it nation and in the low-left corner of the screen it should be something like"apply for job".just click it and you wait to see if u got selected as manager of that national team.
and a question....britt playing with juve??are the english teams to crappy for you??
