Heres the problem. I try to load up football manager 2008 but nothing appears, I then click it again and this message comes up saying "Football Manager already Running" when it clearly isnt. Ive tried to reinstall it so much that Ive lost count and its a real copy. Anyone know how to help? I really miss this game.

just keep presing alt+tab when this thing happens
if you die in an elevator, be sure to push the UP button.

yeh i know of this problem. but i dont really no how i fixed it.
right click on the icon, then go to something like 'compatibility' and there u might want to change which windows version it runs with or something. or not use it at all.

There is not in "My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\pictures\logos"!

there is just "data base", "Games", "Matches", "Skins but is blank"
"Sound also is blank", and tactics!There is not graphics,pictures and logos!

AS I F*CKING SAID; THAT IF THE MAPS ARENT THERE CREATE THEM, THEY ARENT SUPPOSED TO BE THERE FROM THE START, YOU CREATE THEM YOURSELF AND PUT ALL THE GRAPHICS IN THAT FOLDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

the graphics have nothing to do with technical problems!
so why ask about graphics when you have some other trouble??

Was there a time the game was actually running for you?
And if yes, what did you do that made it not working?
I have seen your posts all over official SI forums asking the same thing and you didn't seem to understand how to reboot your PC?! I'm not sure if you managed to reboot yet or if it's working for you now... maybe you did.
Anyway, let's make an effort to break it down.
I'm assuming you are running under Windows XP. I'm also assuming that you have used editor and have also changed background pictures for Premiership players. So, maybe there was a problem with those changes you made.
You could try to use System Restore to load your Windows back at the time you remember everything was running fine.
If you can't do that, here are some other solutions you could try. And make sure you delete the FM 2008 entry from Task Manager Processes first.
1. Get into the Registry by doing this Start > Run > regedit > Enter, you should try delete FM 2008 from there before reinstalling. The Registry path should probably be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >
SOFTWARE > Sports Interactive Ltd > Installs > delete the Football Manager 2008 folder.
2. Go to My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008 and delete any Cache folder if there is any.
3. Unplug everything from your PC Case and throw it out of the window lol
