How do you see the new 3D game engine?

the game soccer manager?
its quite alrite i guess, its like a much much simplified FM
the players are rated between '60-100'. you dont know about their abilities.
they only have ratings like c.ronaldo has 98. while Gary roberts(ipswich) has 82. thats how they judge the players.
they use real players and such.
you dont do much than making simple tactics and that.
