Good evening!
Hamachi is a program which connects computers together.... explanation and download here:

When you download and run it it will give you a short tutorial on how to use it. I've only just got it myself today. A few of us have got a game going here. Once you've got it installed enter the information the guy has shown on this thread if you want to join us:
