the skin folder.
" My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\skins\still\graphics\backgrounds "
somewhere there, i have the skin 'still' for you it might be something else. but it shouldnt be hard to find
rename your background file to 'default'
and delete the other one, or rename that to anything else than 'default'
the picture named 'default' is the one used as the background.
