How do you see the new 3D game engine?

Can anybody help me?For example in Croatian League you must have at least 7 Croatian players in first 11!Can I make to I have 11 not Croatian players in my team!??Please help!

probably you will have to use the game editor and even than i'm not sure if its possible.since i only manage in england i dont have this problem.start the editor and try to find out where u can change this and if u can, reply.i'm curious too.

do you mean that there is a limit on 'foreign players'?
if you have that, then you can just add 'other nationality' to the foreign players you want to sign.
