I got the Genie Scout 2008 Beta...
It was an error when i open it...

never ever compress your save game...
go to preferences and unclick the compress game..
its gonna work..

If the Instructions at the top of the thread are followed to the dot it should work fine.
Myself and stam have done much testing and using that as reference you should have no problems.

solved my problem
i have overwritten my save game and it works now

no, i just went save because i didn't expect it to make a difference
i read that it wouldn't help me but it did

The Problem is that i cannot re-create come of the errors. the ones i can, there is a workaround for. Sorry

Well, to be perfectly honest with you.. I'm hoping it will be released sooner rather than later also, but it is highly unlikely considering genie's computer broke down and he won't be able to do any work without it.. Unless you do some charity and transfer some bling-bling to genie's account to get his computer repaired, you have to remain patience and wait until... Christmas! LOL

Come on, where is this new version of this Scout. What is happenning!!!!!!!!
The current version sucks! Everyone knows that it is just pissing off everyone. Somebody who knows this guy who makes the genie scout, should tell him to harry up cause I am fed up of waiting. Just pay him some money to sit on his ass for couple of days, make this scout work, and then everyone will feel relieved. Whats so difficult! after couple of month Football manager 2009 will come up!!!
Just hurry up!!! And this mini scout sucks too. I shows me players with potential ability 190, 186, who are completely weak. The mini scout is just totaly incorrect. I havent found one player with the mini scout who is good.

Stop being so sh*t at the game and you won't need to wait for the Scouts to come out. No one cares if you are fed up of waiting, who the **** are you anyway?
