Hey all, my first post here, but a player since championship manager 94... and got everyone since.. ;-)
I want to find out if there is a way to get the game to support 1650x1080 resolution for my widescreen monitor? Its a bit irritating when i go to windows occasionally while playing that the monitor must then adjust the resolution again..

* Right click on the FM2008 icon on the desktop or start menu.
* Select properties in the menu.
* In the command line of the Target field type --fullscreen_width=1600 --fullscreen_height=1200 at the end after fm.exe"
put the resolution you want though, thats just an example.

i had something similar there already, which didn't work.. I tried what you said :
"E:\Football Manager 2008\fm.exe" --fullscreen_width=1680--fullscreen_height=1050
But then it says unable to open fullscreen mode?
