What is the best team to go in the game if you want average to good players with still room for improvement, a reasonable transfer budget and with a not bad reputation ???

p.s i dont want answers like well it depends what teams you like, just give me your opinion

everton and aston villa are good teams to go i think
depending on what u say ur target is you get £12.5mil at everton and just over £20mil at villa.

depends what end of the spectrum you want mate like true blue's suggestions are at one end and teams like wigan and west ham are at the other end. It really depend on who you see as average and good

like man u barmy army said. if ur looking for a good team to break in to the top 4, then you should go for everton or aston villa, but if your a team usually in a relegation battle looking to climb the table, maybe making the top 7 after a couple of years. then you should go for wigan or west ham.

at the moment i dont have a game, so i might go wigan and look to get a top half finish, eventually breaking into top 7 after 1 or 2 years.

Mate, English Premier League is way too easy, you have good players in every team and big transfer budget... Try Millwall, Swansea, Nottingham Forest... Or Hoffenheim in Germany, but its easy with Hoffenheim ass well (just look at my blog)...
