What im talking about is Hands on Approach, Squad Discipline, and Tactical Consistency. These are found in your own profile.

Do these in anyway effect how you team will ultimately play on match days?

What you do say team talks, media build up etc. do affect how players perform on matchdays. Shoot me if i'm wrong but i'm pretty sure these stats only come into play when applying for jobs at other clubs.

I never understood stats in personal profile. I would bet that they just don't matter and they are only decorative, also given the fact that they change rarely. However, your reputation matters if you try to sign a "big" player or apply for a job.

Stam is Militia since August 11th 2008
Stam is convinced that army is a big fat waste of time and unfortunately for him it ends on August 11th 2009

I agree with Stam. These stats mean nothing and they are just like a statistic to show how you deal with the game in general: praising players, mind games, react to media, etc. Your reputation does, however, influence the players if you try to tempt them to move away from their club. Whether or not the stats are influencing your match day is highly unlikely.

of course.
your attributes are just for you to see what you do well or what you do not.
if you do not alow players to **** with you, than you will have high Squad Discipline,or if you change tactics rarely that Tactical Consistency is high.

as you all said,it is just a decorative.

something that i haven't been able to comprehend is the fact that my "domestic players bias" attribute always goes down which ever team I manage. No matter how many home grown players i have promoted from the youth squad, or no matter how many players from the same nationality i bought this attribute always seems to decrease. I wonder how you can raise this attribute or any explanation how this particular attribute functions?

well you could always use the modifier

i have the same problem, seems to go up just a bit after adding some english youth players on me list.

its kinda stupid attribute to have, i got more englishmen in my team than what arsenal will ever have!

Helps if you check out our Carling Cup team..what happened to yours?

Also, i find ManUre has a lot of British youth players, but still not many Englishmen.

I find it quite hard for anyone to say anything about Arsenal not having any English, ManUre have what? 3 Englishmen in their first team? Liverpool? 2. Chelsea? 4.

You would have had a point but Arsenal didn't have an Englishman in the entire squad that played against Portmouth today!!

ferdinand, carrick, brown, rooney, neville, hargreaves, scholes, ben foster(not first team YET)

lampard, j.cole, a.cole, terry, bridge, sinclair(not FT yet), wright phillips.

yes liverpool dont have many englishmen, but they do have a few, but arsenal just have 1-2 who arent even regulars in the first team.

no need to go off, just telling the facts/truth.

Either way, i really couldn't care less if there are any Englishmen, i'm an Aussie!

I wasn't going off either. The Internet has a funny way of portraying emotions incorrectly.

yh, good to see though u speeking out and telling me.

but i think being a english club u gotta have at least a few english players in ur squad.

i dont know how u see at it being an aussie, but for me british based club should have a few british players in it. all considering of course the first team.

understandable they got many foreign players, but having nearly no english play in ur starting line up isnt exactly understandable.

forget the youths because most youths in england are brittish

Arsenal also have brilliant youth facilities, so the British youth coming through there will have a great chance of ending up in the 1st team, as they're being played in the Carling Cup and whatnot.

how many reach their potential ability?

seriously not every player out there is that good.

some might not improve much anymore, some might loose it.

many things happen to youth players so you cant expect THAT much from a young british side playing in the carling cup

if everyone reached their potential or more or less became quite good then ipswich would still be at the top wouldnt they?

Dunno man, didn't watch when Ipswich were big. I reckon you should be keeping your on eye on Mark Randall and Henri Lansbury though.
