Hey guys, always loved the scouts, any idea when the newest one will be developed because I tried the 06/07 version on 08 and it doesn't work.

no, back in the days of cm and fm up to fm06, it was nygreen.net who was making the scout utilities...
around fm06 time, sigames hired nygreen to work for them, so after popular demand they let him release a final version for fm06. nothing from nygreen since then.
for fm07, it was Eugene Tarabanovskyi who studied nygreen early code and made fm genie scout 2007. so, if there will be someone to make a scout utility for fm08, i would bet on this dude. of course, as soon as such utility is released from any source, it will be immediately available for download from a mirror here in this site.
regarding my little story above, i am not 100% sure of its accuracy, but this is how i know it. if someone knows anything more accurate, please correct me.

The producer of the Genie scouting application had mentioned on the 5/11/07 that there should be a release within in the next few days, thats if no further issues arrise whilst coding the new version.
Those few days have passed, however the official website has since gone down, which fingers crossed suggests at the time of posting this it shouldn't be too long before the final release is with us.
All guess work though, but as the news said on his own site on the 5th we should have our dirty little fingers on it in a "few days".
