How do you see the new 3D game engine?

I want to start training players in new positions but i'm unsure of something. When i click a new position for them to learn it states level of ability in that position is that their current ability or their ability once they've learned it?

make sure that the player is a versatile player otherwise it is hard for him to contain his position

Current ability surely.
We had a conversation few weeks back, regarding the situation where you train a player on a new position and once he becomes accomplished with it, you try train him on yet another new one. The result is that the player will gradually "unlearn" the first position he learned and learn the second one in the process. We are still not sure if you train a player on a position and keep him there for 1 year after he becomes accomplished with it... whether he will begin to unlearn it in case you put him then on a new one.

Ye its current 100% sure. I had a player that was AMR accomplished and ST natural. And i trained him to AMC too. and he had nothing there, ended up being accomplished. (losing those stats now cause i barely playes there :P)
