Need Help - 2009/10 players!

O.K. heres the deal...
I'm Atletico Madrid and im in the pre-season before my third season and here is the team so far:
GK: Leo Franco
DR: Micah Richards
DL: Antonio Lopez
DC: Cristian Zapata
DC: Philippe Senderos
MR: Luis Garcia
ML: Ryan Babel
DM: Patricio Araujo
AM: Raul Garcia
FC: Sergio Aguero
FC: Klass-Jan Huntelaar
S1: Sergey Ignashevic
S2: Simao
S3: Diego Forlan
S4: Jefferson Farfan
S5: Ever Banega
S6: Javier Arizmendi
But the problem is, i have been given £30M by the board for transfers and i know i should buy someone, i just dont know who!
can anybody give me some recommendations for who to buy in 2009/2010?

versatile player, PA 170. he becomes quality. should be a good buy, he should be 20/21 by now. a great backup(if not a potential first team).

looking at your team i think your strong in attack and midfield but could improve in defence (lopez and senderos could be made rotation players).
I would buy another centre back or get another right back so that micah can replace senderos in the centre. depending on availability and whether you can attract them, i would recommend trying to get any of the following; barzagli CB, criscito CB/LB or cahais CB/LB as CBs and behrami or sagna as RBs.

antonio lopez is a great left back mate
in the game and reality. so its not much wrong with his left back.
of course u can buy Sakho. he is a centre back and left back, he is young as well, shoudl be 19 in ur game if im correct. good/great potential.
you might want to buy Rafinha from schalke(RB/WBR), so u can put micah in the centre

antonio lopez is a great left back mate

i agree lopez is a good lb in reality, but in my game he has poor defensive stats and isnt that great. i also agree with sakho, he is a great prosepect and would definitely be a viable purchase with that 30 million budget.

i havent seen lopez in fm 08 tbh. in fm 07 his stats were exactly on how he was in real life.
