How do you see the new 3D game engine?

Hi All,
If what I'm about to ask has already been done i do apologize.
I'm having a bit of an issue with scouting in particular.
Scouts are unable to go to countries, for example: Brazil,Japan,South Korea etc etc...
Now does this have anything to do with how i created the game from the start by any chance?
Selected Database : Small
Playable Leagues : England,Italy,Scotland and Spain.
I see in the Board Room that they will only pay for scouting within the continent? Which is pretty stupid if you ask me.And how do i change it?
I'm playing as Leeds United, been promoted from Coco-Cola League 1 to said Championship.
Please help. This is very frustrating for me!

Your club isn't really 'big' enough to be scouting those other continents yet. The board are just being a bit stingy really. What's your Balance like?

Well on the Information Screen it says the current vale is
17Million(Pounds) with a Loan Debt of 2Million.
Does it have more to do with the Reputation of the Club or the Actual Balance? Or maybe they work hand in hand?
I have no idea, I'm a but clueless at the moment.
I don't want to cheat but would FM Editor fix this particular problem?

I find that using the Scouts I have only tell me about players I already know about, I tend to actually go look at clubs in Brazils domestic competition and such to find potential quality.

Your board doesn't allow your scouts to scout outside of Europe, because you are small team and you don't have enough money and you can't fix it with editor...

You're in charge of a small team. usually when you play with a smaller team you cant send your scouts outside the continent. which is realistic, because in reality you wont actually see a leeds scout in spain for an example.
its realistic becuase the club has to pay for the trip the scout has to make and the smaller teams usually dont have the money to do that in real life.
BUT, you can sign scouts who are from different countries and get some more knowledge into your scoutbase.
and then when you do player search you will be able to find more players because of the scouts.

RedArmy20, I'm following your advice about buying scouts from different regions.
I don't want to go with Editor route, cause it will just be too easy and spoil the whole game for me.
