Big clubs stealing my staff, please help
The problem though is that the big clubs are taking my staff and there is nothing I can do about it. My club don't let me hire new ones to replace them.
Please help me. I am open for cheating or using any kind of editor if I just can stop this since it is ruining my experience.

2.you could use fmm or the game editor to change your teams reputation.in this case your staff will never leave cause they already are at the team with the most reputation possible.
if you die in an elevator, be sure to push the UP button.

no no, what you do is make your current coaches BETTER.
make their CA and PA a bit higher, go to where all the stats are, and then make them great at attacking or defensive or fitness etc. whatever you need the coach for.
get it? just make them better. lower their 'reputation' then big clubs wont come and get them. even though they do that, you can go to their 'relations' in FMM and make them hate the club that offers him the contract.

when playing with a lower league team you cant get too many coaches. as you get promoted u will be able to sign more and more.
so if u want to have alrite trainings then modify the coaches that you already have in your team
