+++There are two versions! More at the end of this text+++
The tactics are more asymmetrical: the right wing-back is more offensive than the left. The two DMs are deep-lying playmakers with the ball. On the right side, the wing is now an OM who plays more centrally, while the RWB pushes further forward. On the left side, it remains an IF. We are also now playing with a central block, which, according to my tests so far, is very strong in FM26. But when the ball is in the middle of the pitch, we want to win it.
I took a few days to tweak the tactics, and I've now tested it very successfully with BVB, City, Barca, and Werder. I know that V3 wasn't perfect (just like FM26 Beta
). The main problem was the many counterattacks. The new 343 or 325 In V3.1, I've oriented myself even more towards Kovac. Today, on November 4, I uploaded a new version and slightly adjusted the instructions for players. Have fun trying it out!+++Two variants:+++ I am uploading the described tactic here. However, if you have a stronger right IF, then the tactic is reversed here: Download the Version with die right IF hereDownload the Version with die right IF here

Please feel free to send me your feedback; my goal is to keep improving this tactic. I love playing in a 3-2-5 formation!
Tactic testing with Barca:

Testing with BVB:

Testing with Eintracht Frankfurt

I tested the tactic with BVB, Eintracht Frankfurt, ManCity, and Barcelona by going on vacation and letting the season simulate itself. I won the league with all of them, and the Champions League with ManCity and Barca. Eintracht and BVB were both eliminated in the semifinals.
This tactic also works with smaller teams. I tested it with Werder Bremen and Brighton. With Werder, I finished second in the Bundesliga, just behind Bayern. With Brighton, I won the Premier League.
The tactic is very solid defensively. You can also set the defensive line and pressing line to high, but then you're more likely to concede a counterattack, although you'll be even better offensively. It's a matter of taste which style suits you better.
I've tried both variants, and both work very well. With very good teams like Barca, it might work better with high pressing and a high defensive line. With Eintracht, for example, it works a little better with standard tactics. But these are just minor details...
Data with BVB:

Data with Barca

Expect high pass accuracy, relentless pressing, plenty of goals, and a rock-solid defense that gives the opponent almost no chances. Perfect for those who love possession-based domination with attacking full-backs.
