How to use FMLE

Current version 1.11.9 is compatible with the following Windows editions: Steam, Epic & Game Pass (including Console). Even the Demo.

Unzip and install by running the .exe file.
Open Football Manager 26 and load your saved game.
Open FMLE 26.
Click on Load Data button. You need to be online for your first run and after an update.
Search for clubs, players, staff.
Double-click on an item from the results.
The profile will open in a tab and you can edit data there.
Once done editing click on the Save Changes button for the changes to take effect.

@Lew I had the same issue as you and the workaround I found was to change the national team reputation to 1000 before applying and it worked

Can anything be done to give myself a national job, no matter what job comes up i apply and get "the decision to reject your application was taken upon consideration of the fact that you aren't thought to be the best person for this particular job".

@Stam Loving the editor, absolute game changer! However, for the kit editing there is a button to copy the colour values but I don't see a way to then paste them. Am I missing something or has this been overlooked?

Hey Stam.

Loading my Xbox saves on my pc does work, as I have a friend who has done it. But my worry was that after I had edited something on the pc and then tried to reload on my xbox something may have changed coding or file wise so that I wouldn't be able to. Although I may be over thinking it.

@13maranzano13: It's not currently possible. I'm looking into adding that.

@Fusneb: I don't have an Xbox console, but I think that makes sense. Try to load your save from Xbox on the PC using the Game Pass console edition.

@Ramuby: That's odd. I don't use a custom skin, but in theory a skin shouldn't affect data in memory.

@mitza8: Are you referring to club or national team managers?

@Alon986: Current FMLE version works with the latest official FM version across platforms on PC. Not sure what else to tell you.

@RicME85: I haven't had time to investigate the console edition further. It's on my list for this week though.

Hey! Just found this as a pure console player who plays on Xbox.

Might be a silly question but with this, can I edit my saves with PC Console version and Load the save on my Xbox?

Hi Stam, I think I figured out my problem.

The editor conflicts with the MrTini skin.

When I load that skin, the editor goes into "View Only" mode. If I disable it, it works.

Do you have any idea?

Is anyone else having the same problem?

I noticed that hitting terminate contract on a manager's contract doesn't actually fire them from the team. They have no contract but still show up as the team's manager and the clubs don't hire anybody else.

@Stam: Don't know if you have had a chance to look at things with the Console edition or not but I was just having a play with things. I can improve my stats and those of players but I cant heal players and when I tried the tactics familiarity and cohesion options that crashed the game on hitting continue. Don't know if thats an issue in general or because there are some differences with the console version that bug out.

Hi @Stam, I installed the latest version 1.11.6. I'll try again tonight; maybe restarting my PC will work, but on Wednesday, after installing the latest version, the editor worked; yesterday, it didn't.

@Ramuby: This is an issue introduced with the 26.3.1 patch if you haven't installed the latest version (1.11.6). Load Data works but triggers the View Only mode. You need to download and install the newest build from this very page.

@Gruff66: I can think of 2 possible reasons. The first is if you're trying to run the setup file within the archive, without extracting it beforehand. The second is if it's a user right issue and you need to right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator'.

@RicME85: I'll fire up GP Console to test WP. On a side note, have you tried changing your ESC slots? I have an editable field for that on the club overview screen.

@Stam First, thank you for this. Second, however, I can't get it to work. When I click the application file to install, I get an error message that says, "error opening file for writing." Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

@Stam: I did indeed advance the game forward a few days. I am currently in the end of season/pre-season transfer window. The only thing that I noticed was different was the expectations of the chance of a work permit being granted changed from not being likely to highly like to obtain one. I then applied for a work permit again (the player is in my squad but without work permit and ESC slots are full) but it got rejected a few days later.

@mitra8: Good shout. Yes, I can do that. I guess we want this to apply to any staff member contracted to a NT and not only the manager?
